This is not traditional consulting. Bridgett comes into your business the way a skilled surgeon enters an operating room. She has been where you are. She will identify what is structurally broken before she tells you what to fix.

This service is for the established business owner who has seen some level of success but knows something is fundamentally off. The systems aren't holding. The foundation has cracks. No new strategy has fixed it because the strategy was never the real problem.
